The Renaissance Institute now offers Microlearning, small Nudges of relevant information sent to staff, students, and parents on a weekly basis. Nudge theory is a concept that proposes that people can be influenced by subtle changes in their environment, without being coerced or explicitly instructed. A training program based on nudge theory helps learners adopt desirable behaviors or habits by providing them with positive feedback, incentives, reminders, or social cues.
